ATLAS 3.10: 12 existing concept diagrams upgraded to original runnable DOM/CSS/JavaScript studies. Local Chromium: 12/12 interactions and standalone exports passed, no JS errors, minimum 14px and no horizontal overflow at 390px. v3.9 features preserved by source fallback; cross-browser, physical-device and live ad creative checks are not claimed.
